How to use
Use the 160mm knife for detailed cutting tasks and the 220mm knife for larger slicing and chopping. Always hold the handle firmly and use a stable cutting surface. After use, rinse the knives immediately to prevent food residue from drying. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to maintain blade sharpness longer. Care instructions
