Generally used for Trainees who dislike the dummy and want to have the real feel. Extra padding is added to strike points (stomach area and ribs) to avoid any injuries to the coach. The buckle is also adjustable to be suited to different fits. The multi density foam layer allows for hard punches kicks to be absorbed and to give little or no impact onto the body.
