Miracle-Gro® Shake 'n Feed® Extended Boost comes in an easy-to-use shaker bottle, allowing for simple application. Apply the plant food dry, shaking evenly over your container, raised bed, or in-ground garden. For containers, mix the fertilizer into soil at the time of planting or lightly work into soil for established plants. For in-ground and raised bed feeding, work into the top 1 to 3 inches of soil or apply directly over mulch if present. Once applied, water the product in to start feeding. How to Use

• What is the best way to apply this plant food? Remove cap. Apply this fertilizer dry, do not pre-mix with water. Do not apply to wet foliage or pile against plant stem. Follow the recommended rates in the table on the label. For containers, mix into soil at time of planting or lightly work into soil for established plants. For in ground or raised bed feeding, work into the top 1 to 3 inches of soil, or apply directly over mulch if present. Water to start feeding. 3 lbs. covers up to 111 sq. ft.
