The key to the G7th Newport is its string pad, which ensures an even fit no matter what your neck profile. The carefully engineered string pad maintains pressure on each of the strings on your guitar, delivering even pressure across the whole neck. It maintains the natural sound of your instrument, reducing vibration damping whilst promoting tone.
Quick Release
The quick release system of the G7th Newport means that with a little practice, you can attach and reattach the guitar capo with one hand, great for quick changes in between sets. An adjustable tension knob allows you to make sure your guitar capo is at the exact tension required for its position on the neck, whether you're fretting on the 1st or 10th fret.
