Chew 1 tablet in your mouth and let it dissolve, brush as usual for 2 minutes, spit out and rinse

These mouthwash tablets are made from entirely natural and non-toxic ingredients. The Fluoride, Glycerin and SLS free formula helps to restore a healthy pH balance to your mouth, maintain good oral health and freshen your breath. Flavoured with organic Spearmint oil, these eco-friendly tablets, that you add to water, are ideal for everyday use and travel.

Chew 1 tablet in your mouth and let it dissolve, brush as usual for 2 minutes, spit out and rinse well. Store in a dry place for up to 12 months from opening.

One jar will give you approximately a 3 month supply (based on 1 person using twice a day)

Dissolve 1 tablet in 20ml of water. Gargle. Spit out after 30 seconds.

The pepper grinder looks nice and initially functioned well as expected. However, as at least 9 other reviewers have noted experiencing, within 2 weeks of purchase and after very minimal usage, the black retaining ring around the grinder cone & adjustment knob just fell out when I was using the grinder, which was disappointing and indicative of poor design or construction for this part. After some research & experimentation, I was able to pop the ring back into place using needle-nose pliers (you just need something hard and narrow to push and flex the ring a bit, not necessarily pliers). I'm hoping that this is not a harbinger of other problems to come. Otherwise it's a nice grinder.
