1950年代ボゴフのラインストーンイヤリング。マーキスカットのスモーキーグレーストーンを、クリアストーンが取り巻く高貴で美しいデザイン。まるでハイジュエリーのような優雅な気品があり、ドレスアップやフォーマルなシーンにもぴったりです。70年前のものでありながら色褪せない輝きを放つ、何年経っても愛用できる素敵なお品。
【BOGOFF(ボゴフ)とは】
ポーランド移民であったHenry Bogoffが1946年にシカゴで創業したコスチュームジュエリーメーカー。HenryはNYの数々の高級ジュエリー店を訪れ、シカゴに戻るとダイヤモンドや貴石を用いたハイジュエラーのジュエリーを自身の解釈でBogoffのジュエリーに落とし込み、ラインストーンを用いてデザインしました。彼の作品はハイジュエリーのようにエレガントで品質も高く、最終的には国内有数のデザイナー、コスチュームジュエリーブランドの一つとなりました。1960年代前半に閉業したため、製造年数が非常に短く市場に出回る数が少ないことから、BOGOFFのジュエリーは希少性が高いアイテムとなっています。
