The color is the rich, reddish brown of Mesquite heartwood with some creamy beige sapwood and dark chocolate bark. There is complexity in the block with a crotch at the base, one or more vugs, some bark inclusions, and some cracks. This is probably not a block for a novice turner. Mesquite Block M1190 3.7" x 3.7" x 14.3" 5 lbs. This is a beautiful end-grain block of Texas-grown Honey Mesquite. The color is the rich, reddish-brown of Mesquite heartwood with some creamy beige sapwood and dark-chocolate bark. There is complexity in the block with a crotch at the base, one or more vugs, some bark inclusions, and some cracks. This is probably not a block for a novice turner. If it were my project piece, I would start with some epoxy work in a contrasting color. The bark is full and well-attached, giving you some nice options on turning a natural-edged form. This block would make an exquisite vase, if you're looking for a large form turning. This is a GREEN to partially air-dried blank, meaning that it still retains some of its original moisture from when it was a living tree. It has been well-sealed with Anchor Seal and is in the process of slowly drying. It was heat-treated to kill off any hungry critters that may have been burrowing inside. It was measured at 20% MC in August 2022. If you need a current moisture content, please message us and we'll check its status for you. About the Tree This Texas-grown Honey Mesquite tree was harvested in El Campo, Texas in July of 2022. It was cut down by the city for reasons unknown to us, and we were happy to help save the tree from a burn pile. It is possible that this tree was damaged by the Valentine's Day Freeze that Texas suffered in February 2021, which is when our state lost a lot of beautiful trees in an unusually deep and long freeze. |

the lies

This is amazing fast pace read that is full of plot twists and lies that keep getting bad. This is a story we’re a omega has been lied to by her mother and finds out that someone is slowing dieing. 3 alpha take the omega and feed her more lies so they can use her against her father so they can find their mate Kelly. This is a dark read and ends in a cliffhanger and so good.

Hot twists

This will keep you on your toes toes in a hot twisty mess. You want to love, hate and root for whom is the big question. I’m quickly getting the next book because it ends on a cliffhanger and damn, it’s got me ready to tear into it!

Roxy Collins is the queen of omegaverse slow burn. This particular series is omegaverse with wolf shifters.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book! Lots of suspense and trying to figure out what is true and what's really going on. I loved it!
Pretty spicy once the action starts. Heats are pretty much always spicy. There is a little bit of male interaction, but not full-on shmex.
Definitely recommend.

Absolutely addicted from the first page. The twists and turns, world building and character development all come together for the perfect Omegaverse. And let's not forget that spice because knots are life and these are spectacular. Running for book #2 because that cliffhanger was torturous.
