Unlike other options on the market the kit includes support brackets for additional stabilization and load distribution reducing excessive vibration.Bolt-On Installation. The application-specific brackets included in this kit were CAD-designed to bolt into existing mounting points. No cutting or drilling required! This kit is compatible with Prinsu roof racks with a cutout for a 40-inch lightbar and Sherpa roof racks with the half-height wind deflector.Focused. The custom-engineered TIR optic in the SS5 collects all of the light from the LED and directs it only where you need it drastically reducing glare and improving total efficiency.Selectable Backlight. The SS5 LED Pods included in this kit feature a selectable backlight with eight different color options. Selecting your backlight color is easy - simply alternate the power on and off. It was a little difficult to get to open but I didn’t see there was a device other it to open the protector. It’s pretty light and easy to travel with. It’s has a good grip feel so it can’t just slide off your kids hands. You know how many times I had to look for one of these covers that’s not an expensive ottor man case or whatever it’s called. It works how it’s suppose to I suppose. Functions pretty well not gonna lie. So if you’re looking for something with the right price this is it. Perfect fit in the ya let and hands ease of installation was 8/10.
