Shaving Soap in Woodbowl is a soap with a particularly masculine emphasis. The Knize Ten product line convinces with its noble and aromatic fragrance nuances. The man of the world can surround himself with the men’s fragrance in any situation and optimally underline his strong and masculine character.

In the mid-20s, the fragrance Knize Ten was created in the Paris Knize establishment. Knize Ten is one of the few genuine leather notes and is a true classic among men’s fragrances today.

Knize
The company Knize was founded in Vienna in 1858. The fashion tailor J. Knize was appointed K & K court supplier shortly after. At the turn of the century, many personalities, heads of state, artists and industrialists were among Knize’s select clientele.

In 1902 the banker Albert Wolff acquired the Knize company. His wife Gisela later ran the Knize company. The architect Adolf Loos, who was known in Vienna for his pioneering construction, came to Knize through Gisela Wolff. In 1909 he designed a new shop facade for Knize made of black marble and glass and redesigned the interior.

Last but not least, Adolf Loos’ avant-garde architecture created a close connection between the progressive trends in Vienna’s cultural life and the Knize company, which became Vienna’s most sought-after fashion address.

After the end of the First World War, Fritz Wolff returned to Vienna and took over the management of Knize in 1918. Three years later, Ernst Dryden came to Knize as a designer. Dryden had studied with Gustav Klimt at the school of applied arts and worked as a poster artist, designer and illustrator.

Today Dryden is known as the star designer of the 1920s. Dryden’s avant-garde fashion gave Knize a designer image and gave it the highest international reputation outside of Vienna. Dryden also designed the timelessly elegant Knize company logo, which was also inspired by English trademarks, and was responsible for advertising the Knize company. Together with Fritz Wolf, he created the first complete men’s series Knize in Paris in 1927.

The “Knize Ten” collection came onto the international markets. “Ten” is known as the highest standard for polo. Polo, the sport of the English nobility, was the symbol of elegance for Wolff and Dryden. Dryden designed the packs of the “Knize Ten” fragrance line, which still exists in the same timeless design.

The men’s line Knize Ten and the noble women’s line Lady Knize have become real fragrance classics in decades and still embody charm and exclusive elegance. The novelist Hans had once said that if the fate of the deserted island threatened him, he would take Knize Ten with him, because the purpose of a scented water was in no way to shake the morale of a beautiful woman, but to strengthen his own morality. This is also the motto of Knize: “You can recognize a man’s intelligence in conversation, but his style can be seen in Knize.”

Needed replacement, 2nd one works OK
The first one I received had a broken latching mechanism. Not a shipping issue, as the box was fine, it just wouldn't latch the attachments because the mechanism wouldn't come all the way out. After getting a replacement the 2nd one worked better. It has 3 settings for soft, normal, and pulse. For me, the normal put out the best force for clearing out bits. After washing with it for about 30 seconds though I still don't feel it cleans we well as real floss, or even a waterpik, but it does help after brushing. I will add it to my routine as it does help flush out some things, but it won't be replacing my flossing. It is sort of portable, in that can be packed away and holds a charge, but it's still pretty large and takes up a good amount of space in a toiletry bag. It's not bad, but not really outstanding either.

I like this better than my name brand unit
🔵 Features: The water pick boasts a generously sized reservoir, which is a standout feature. It also comes with a convenient USB charger, offers 3 speed settings (normal, soft, and pulse), and features quick and easy detachable heads. 🔵 Power: In terms of power, comparing it to my current unit revealed no noticeable differences in pressure or volume to the naked eye. Both units effortlessly deliver a stream of water up to 12 feet. 🔵 Heads: The water pick includes a plethora of heads, more than most people would likely need. Personally, I would have preferred a lifetime supply of the simple angled head picks, but the variety provided caters to all preferences. 🔵 Overall: After using it for a few days, I found that it performs admirably. When placed side by side with my old unit, I consistently reach for the 7AM2M unit, primarily due to its larger reservoir. In all other aspects, I find them comparable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this water pick to others.

Well designed portable water flosser that's holding up so far
There are a number of such portable water flossers on Amazon, but this is one of the better ones IMO. The water pressure is adequate, with enough settings to allow you to ramp up (or keep using on a lower setting if desired). One nice feature is that the tank detaches easily and this makes filling under a tap easier than other units which don't have an easily detached tank. The tank shape is also a bit fatter so it's not too long along any one dimension. The tank capacity of 300 ml is adequate for a single use. The standard suite of flosser heads are included - flossing itself, peridontal, and one for braces. The tongue cleaner attachment is also there but I prefer to use a separate tongue cleaner tool. Charging is via USB-C and while the port isn't super water proof, there's no damage to the unit yet. Battery life is typical at about 20-30 days with twice a day usage.

Quit working in a month
Bought one. It quit working. They sent another… it never worked right before finally dying on me the same way. Looks like it’s not even an available product anymore. But if it ever does come back.. don’t buy it.

Not what I expected!
I have never used a dental flosser before, and it showed by the mess I made haha. I can say, this isn't for me, but I can see the appeal. It is relatively lightweight and comes with a lot of different attachments. Loading it up with water is easy and doesn't take much effort. I would call this portable, even though it is a little big. I can only stand the "soft mode". If I choose any other, my mouth is overwhelmed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this if you have experience with dental flossers. It was hard to use at first but you get the hang of it.
