Appearance
A beautiful delicate salmon pink blush with ruby hues, characteristic of premium cool-climate Pinot Noir rosé from Tasmania.
Aroma
The nose is lifted with aromas of strawberries, watermelon, and subtle spice. Bright floral notes add elegance and complexity to the expressive bouquet.
Palate
The palate is bright and crunchy with red fruit notes and a savoury edge. Ultra-smooth and fruit-driven, this dry rosé showcases vibrant acidity with hints of watermelon and strawberry, leading to a crisp, refreshing finish. The fruit was destemmed with free-run juice taken away from the skins almost immediately, whilst 20% was matured in older French puncheons for added complexity. At 12.5% alcohol, this wine is best enjoyed whilst young and fresh.
