I spent the night at the foot of the fire tower and climbed up there around 2 in the morning to witness the northern lights for the first time in my life. Every fear of the creaking old tower vanished when I looked north and saw something indescribable. This is my interpretation of what I saw that night. THE STORY 

This bag is inspired by my trip up Snowy Mountain next to Indian Lake. I spent the night at the foot of the fire tower and climbed up there around 2 in the morning to witness the northern lights for the first time in my life. Every fear of the creaking old tower vanished when I looked north and saw something indescribable. This is my interpretation of what I saw that night. The leather used on the bag comes from Johnstown and the yarn used to create the meandering lines was produced just north of Amsterdam. 

THE DETAILS

The Roll Top backpack is where it all started for Adirondack Packs. These bags are built to last forever. Bags are constructed of Ottertex fabric made right here in New York and include indestructible YKK Zippers. You will also find a giant zipper on the side that gives access to the interior of the bag. No need to unroll the bag every time you need something from the bottom.
