This is how it works:
1) Contact us and share an image of the damaged product plus your order number, together with your contact information
2) Send the damaged product back to us once our customer support team gives you green light
3) Upon receiving it, we send you a 50% discount code to buy a new product
Please note that the 50% discount applies to the full price of the product, before possible discounts. Our regular shipping rates apply.
