This iron ship can be used as an iron gift (nautical gift) and an ashtray (you can open a deck door and use it as an ash tray). It can be personalized with a name, date, short message on a sail. It is a functional piece of art!

Colour: not painted, virgin iron, finished with lacquering.

The sizes and colours can vary from a piece to a piece a bit since it is hand forged. A blacksmith handed over in this composition exactly all the features of a real ship with two sails .

CUSTOMIZATION
Custom orders are welcome (different colour, size, content, engraving with names/dates on a sail). I keep usually 1 piece always available. If on the moment of your order it will not be available, please allow 15 - 20 days for its making. It is a very delicate hand work.
The listing price includes engraving on one ship's sail (names, date, short message).
The form of a sail can be different from a ship to a ship.

WAY OF PRODUCTION
The way how it was created: we combine traditional blacksmith techniques, perfected over hundreds of years of experimentation and development , with modern forms and methods to produce beautifully distinct pieces of functional art. Each piece is forged at extremely high temperature and hammered by hand. Pliable when glowing hot, the iron is shaped into graceful, flowing forms. In our world of high technology, there is a distinct place for organic forms and hand-wrought metal design elements.
