I would call this a Small with a S/M fit in the body. Although the seam to seam shoulder is 15 there is more room with the pleated cap style shoulder. I would say this fits 15-17 inches across the top shoulder. Pay most attention to the neckhole opening. This is a true Small. This item is in overall, excellent, gently worn, vintage condition.
