How to use
Adults: Take 1 capsule, 1–2 times daily, with or without food, or as directed by your practitioner. If sensitive, start with 1 capsule daily.
Ingredients — per capsule
Quercetin Phytosome — 250 mg (quercetin bound to phospholipids for absorption).
Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, leucine, silicon dioxide. Mirror your bottle for exact excipients/wording.
