Painted with shimmery pearlescents & sparkly mica pigments. Extra thick application gives this piece lots of texture and personality. I chose not to varnish it because the quality of the paint as is is perfect. It's thick, it's luscious and with a matte finish just makes you want to run your fingers over it. Yum. Archival,
