キーマスターガードはリバースデラヒーバから下足を抜いて、遠い鼠蹊部に足をかけるガードです。
本教則はキーマスターガードのエントリーから始まり、スイープ・サブミッション・トランジションまで基本から応用まで学ぶことができます。

リバースデラヒーバやニーシールドハーフを使う方にはオススメの教則です。キーマスターガードを武器にすることで上半身のコントロールが強くなり、よりアグレッシブに攻めることができるようになります。
