How do we use this product?

RINSE the rice in a separate container.  The cooker will BOIL quickly to reduce the unhealthy sugar from the rice.  After boiling, the water along with the excess starch content will be DRAINED.  The remaining water in the cooker will be used to STEAM the rice.
