✔JackFruit365 flour can replace one table spoon to a third of wheat flour or rice flour in most common main meals and breads from Idli to Upma and Roti to Poori without changing its taste or texture. If the ratio is higher a slight astringent taste may be experienced due to high fibre, this can be compensated by using a curry or by reducing the ratio.
