Doccia Fredda means "cold shower" in Italian and this does what it says on the tin! It's a delightfully refreshing blend of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo and Passerina (a rare, local varietal) - bright, fresh, zesty. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, macerating on the skins for five days. It is unfined and unfiltered, with no addition of sulphur, and pours a bright, hazy orange.
