Top of the range of spiral mixers. Born for the US market and therefore for doughs with high gluten content flours or for pasta with low percentage of liquids. Reinforced machine from all points of view, both as regards the carpentry and as regards the components. Equipped with 2 motors, a special transmission to reduce effort, increased spiral at the end, it is possible to mount larger motors in some models. The automatic self-tipping spiral mixer allows you to overturn a spiral mixer with a very small footprint; while maintaining all the criteria of robustness and functionality. It therefore reduces the working times of the dough and facilitates its unloading, by means of the hydraulic overturning system.
