The ability to use one product for multiple steps adds a lot of convenience to any detailer’s workflow. It has a mild, pleasant scent and buffs out effortlessly without smearing on glass or trim. It’s also very effective as a drying aid after a wash, helping prevent water spots while adding noticeable gloss. However, it is important to double-check the product description before purchasing, as there is potential for confusion between the concentrated version and the ready-to-use version. When I purchased mine, the photo on Amazon showed the concentrated gallon, which can be diluted, but what I received was the ready-to-use version, which cannot be diluted the same way. The seller never responded to my messages, but Amazon eventually issued me a refund.
