Damon Johnson is the founding member of Brother Cane and has toured  the world as the guitarist for legends, Alice Cooper and Thin Lizzy. Brother Cane was formed by singer/guitarist Damon Johnson and bassist Glenn Maxey, releasing three studio albums and several charting singles including three #1's and five top 10 hits. Brother Cane (1993) peaked at #14 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. Seeds (1995), yielded the #1 Rock track, "And Fools Shine On," which led to a lengthy and successful tour in support of the mighty Van Halen.

Their last release, Wishpool (1998), brought Brother Cane another #1 song at Rock Radio, "I Lie In The Bed I Make". The band has toured with Van Halen, Aerosmith, Robert Plant, and Lynyrd Skynyrd Brother Cane has 57,000 monthly listeners. Their album Wishpool just celebrated it's 25th anniversary.
