Our 100% natural latex is harvested in its pure state only 6 months per year, as trees can't be cut during the summer & rainy season. From its pure state, we use the talalay process when frothing the latex, which is more involved, but produces a much higher quality and consistent, latex foam as the weaker air bubbles are removed. We don't add "fillers" such as clay to make the latex go further. Instead, our latex is handcrafted using specialized molds and highly sophisticated processing techniques to get just the right softness, consistency and density. All of our latex sofa bed mattresses are free from chemical dyes, pesticides, bleach, carcinogenic adhesives and chemical flame retardants, and fiberglass.

100 Night Return Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 100 nights from receiving your order, simply return your Slice of Heaven™ Natural Latex Sofa Bed Mattress, for a complete refund, minus round trip shipping. Custom orders are not returnable.
Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your order any time prior to your sofa bed mattress being shipped (approximately 3-4 days from placing your order), and you will receive a complete refund. Once shipped, however, you will be responsible for round trip shipping charges.
Size Verification Policy - Please be sure to verify the correct sofa bed mattress size prior to placing your order. We are happy to accommodate size changes, and will ship your new sofa mattress to you for free, however you will be responsible for shipping charges on the returned item. If you do order the wrong size, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can try to correct your order before it is shipped. In the event it is shipped, please do not remove the sofa bed mattress from the packaging and contact us for a return authorization number.
