These BBK Performance shorty tuned Length exhaust Headers are designed and constructed as direct fit replacements for all 97-03 Ford 4.6L F150 truck And Expedition applications. Each header is manufactured with 1-5/8 in. CNC mandrel bent tubing that offers unrestricted exhaust flow for increased horsepower and torque over factory OEM manifolds. BBK tuned Length headers offer improved scavenging waves for better combustion, which leads to improved performance and fuel economy over stock or equal Length headers. As with all BBK Performance exhaust headers they feature a 3/8 in. laser cut flange for additional strength and a guaranteed leak free fit. All headers are robotically and precision hand welded and then pressure tested to ensure years of reliability and performance in the real world. All BBK exhaust headers are available in a Titanium Ceramic or polished silver ceramic coated finish and include new exhaust header gaskets, header bolts and hardware to complete the installation. 50 State Legal CARB ApprovedThis Part Fits:

Good for the money

I bought these for my suzuki kingquad 750 . I’m able to carry a lot more in them then I thought . I had a pack shovel, 20 ft tow strap, 4 bottles of water, bug spray, ton of bungee cords and a couple 1 inch ratchet straps. It still had some room but was close to full . I did not use the phone carrier as I am not willing to take the chance of it falling off, although it hasn’t . 120 miles of rough terrain so far with them.
They hold up to a pressure washer as well. As long as they are zipped up water stays out.
Overall they’re a great add on if you don’t want to lose rack space and save some money
Only downside is the zippers are awful

Very helpful

Lots of pockets. Easy to attach to rack on 4 wheeler. Heavy durable material.
Only complaint is some zippers are hard to operate. This is due to they are made to be waterproof. Not really a problem since I seldom close the zippers.
