Taken internally, Cananga supports cellular function and soothes the nervous system. It also supports overall immune function throughout the body. Cananga essential oil promotes healthy looking skin and may be soothing to the skin.
Traditionally used in Ayurvedic health practices, Extracted by steam distillation, Cananga essential oil comes from its vibrant yellow flowers. The same tree provides Ylang Ylang oil, although Cananga has higher amounts of β-Caryophyllene.
