Madaymen Mankayan is another mining community converted to coffee growing. It is a sitio next to Balili and is home to smallholder farmers who want to re-establish and rejuvenate the old coffee trees that used to proliferate Mankayan. Known to old folks as the Cervantes Trail, Mankayan coffee consists of old trees that were planted years ago by their ancestors.
