Fracas Perfume by Robert Piguet, Fracas for Women was originally introduced to the public in 1948 under the Robert Piguet label. Today it remains one of the most notable tuberose-based fragrances on the market. Germaine Cellier developed this lush fragrance and it continues to be popular with women such as Kim Basinger and Madonna. The opening notes include mandarin orange, peach, hyacinth and orange blossoms for a citrusy beginning touched with peach and white flowers. The main event is definitely the tuberose you’ll find in the heart of the fragrance. The tuberose is backed by a creamy bouquet of jasmine, lily of the valley and narcissus. Spice notes of coriander and the sharp scent of carnation add some zest to the scent, followed by a finish of oakmoss, amber, musk and cedar. There’s very little green in Fracas, but a wealth of florals that make this an intoxicating women’s fragrance to be worn year-round.The Robert Piguet name has passed through several hands since the 1940’s and is owned today by Fashion Fragrances and Cosmetics. Many of the classic fragrances from an earlier era have been reformulated with modern ingredients that appeal to today’s consumer.

Educational & Interesting Bathroom Reader
Format: Paperback
I bought this for my husband for Christmas given that he loves history. I figured it’d be a hit as a bathroom reader… I was right and it’s become a fixture right next to the toilet paper! He likes that it challenges him to think. Now there’s no need to take his phone into the bathroom!

BCE? No, it is BC!
Format: Paperback
I love history; there is a lot in this book I did not know. It is definitely a challenge and a great way to learn. I took off one star (considered taking off two) because the author uses the non-Christian term of BCE. I HATE seeing that instead of what it really is BC - before Christ! I wonder if he is an atheist.

Bought this for my son, and he really loves this book. He reads it over frequently. I recommend it if you have a reader that also wants to learn facts about history.
