The side-seating design of the Aston offers ample space to enjoy the intense heat while relaxing in comfort against the integrated ergonomic backrest. A water cask and spoon are included to add water to the heater stones to provide humidity and steam for more intense heat.
Standard features include a thermo-hygrometer for displaying the humidity level, interior dome lighting, a ventilation system, and a cabin constructed of natural Canadian Hemlock wood for durable yet naturally appealing decor.
SunRay Saunas carries a 7-year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. The 7-Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside void the warranty.
Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications. Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."
The client must check the goods immediately after delivery. The client must submit a written notice of claims to the supplier within two (2) weeks of discovering the defect or the moment when the defect should have been discovered.
Do not modify the structure of this product. With this product you can only use manufacturer-recommended accessories! Failure to comply with the manual or fire safety regulations can result in a fire or damage to the sauna heater. More detailed information about the fire safety regulations can be obtained from the regional branch of the rescue board, for instance.
The product shall be carefully inspected. Improper use of the product is for instance wrong adjustment of the draft, too large a quantity of firewood burnt in the firebox, too long heating time, wrong arrangement of stones (too much or too tight) and use of salty water ( for instance sea water). The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the sauna heater

Cancellations of customer orders
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please message or call us.
All sales are final for Custom made and Made-to-order products.
Refunds & Returns
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns or exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due, and any owing until such time as Seller a) is in receipt of the goods b) has inspected the goods and c) in the Seller's discretion, has found the goods to be free of damage. Great pillow. It stays cooler than most and it doens't go flat. The memory foam is firm enough that your head doesn't sink into it but soft enough for a good night sleep. Before I was fluffing and flipping my pillow all the time to get the cool spots and not feel like it was flat. This is my 2nd purchase, my son liked mine so much that I got him one too. It's good value for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

INITIAL Impression: WHAT A MISTAKE THIS WAS! The foam is taking forever to expand, it is a gross color, it is way too soft where it has started to expand. The warranty says it ONLY applies to the original purchaser, which means you cannot give this to anyone as a gift, it would instantly lose its warranty. DO NOT USE ANY EXTERNAL HEAT SOURCE (some memory foam actually suggests putting it in a slightly warm dryer, but to do that would void the warranty.) I got this because I have severe back pain, but it doesn't look like it will ever be firm enough to offer support. It says it will take 24-48 hours to fully expand! I bought it because I need relief NOW, not in 2 days! It has a very limited warranty of only 3 years. The memory foam travel size pillows I bought on Amazon, made by MALOUF, in 2017 came with a 5 year warranty and are still useful, but do need replacing, 9 years later! Unfortunately those pillows are no longer available on Amazon. I chose this small Vaverto memory foam pillow "for camping", because it was available with next morning delivery with some other purchases I made yesterday. (Hoping to be able to use it TODAY.) And because most of the reviews were positive.
It says on the crumpled paper warranty and directions, that ONE side of the pillow is for cooling, but WHICH SIDE? They don't tell you. The order "Shipped at 12:31 AM" the box was cold when it was "Delivered at 9:41 AM". The outdoor temperature had climbed to 51 degrees by then from a low last night of 47 degrees. My room is heated to a comfortable 78 degrees. But we still have a long way to go before this hunk of greenish blue, extremely squishy (I can pinch it at the most expanded area and my fingers nearly touch each other with maybe ¼” of foam separating them. NOT an encouraging sign. There are bits of foam starting to come out of the "punched holes" which appear to be slightly smaller on one side than the other, but WHICH is supposed to be the "cooling side that dissipates heat? Probably the larger holes, but they also weaken the firmness. On closer examination of the crumpled paper that came with it, it says '"TWO-SIDED COVER FOR VERSALITY" Then in a tiny diagram next to that, it says "COOLING SIDE DISSPATES BODY HEAT" with Dissipates spelled wrong! Where is this thing made? Ah.. "CHINA" on a severely crumpled tag inside the cover. It also says the cover is “70% Polyester 30% Viscose Made from Bamboo”. But the Photo shows "Bamboo" in large green letters on the cover along with "VaVerto" in much LARGER grey letters above that. The only letters on my case are the bottom part of a "b" with two "oo" next to it, in a grey-green color, extending from the side seam. NO actual WORDS at all. And the cover looks identical on both sides.
Okay, it's been well over 4 hours in a very warm room, now 80 degrees with the sun pouring in, and it has mostly expanded, but I can still almost touch my fingers together when pinching the thickest part of the pillow, there is still only about ¼” of foam between my fingers. I would describe that as EXTREMELY SOFT. In the actual description of the product, on the Amazon page, if you open the "Features & Specs" it shows "Item Firmness Description - Medium" NOT what the headline says for the product: "Vaverto Small Memory Foam Bed Pillow for Camping - Compressible Medium Firm, Breathable Cover, Machine Washable, Ideal Backpacking".
If I weren’t bedridden in a nursing home this would go back immediately, but it is very hard to get the staff here to help me return ANYTHING that needs to be taken to a store or kiosk. So I may just be out $22.07.
FINAL Impression: WHAT A MISTAKE THIS WAS! EXTREMELY SOFT, OFFERING NO SUPPORT AT ALL!
