High Roller Records, reissue 2023, blue/ white mixed vinyl, ltd 150, insert. Following in the footsteps of the one and only Mercyful Fate and along with some considerably more obscure acts such as Alien Force, Randy and Crystal Knight, Copenhagen's own Witch Cross must rate as one of the best Danish heavy metal bands ever. The band's 1984 album »Fit For Fight« is surely one of the Top 5 albums in the history of Danish heavy metal. After a long pause, »Fit For Fight« was followed by the second album »Axe To Grind« in 2013 (originally released by Hell's Headbangers and now re-issued on High Roller Records for a broader public). "I thought »Axe To Grind« was a great comeback album," comments guitarist and founding member Mike Koch today. "We had some guest players/singers on the album and we had Chris Tsangarides mixing the record, so it was indeed a strong connection to the past. The songs were really good but maybe a bit too old-school, but that's what we wanted on the album." "We were blown away with how the press praised us," continues the Witch Cross guitarist. "It felt good and made us believe that the band had done the right thing, even though »Fit For Fight« was such a cult album." There was one exception though: "To be fair, in our home country »Axe To Grind« didn't get as much attention as we had hoped. But the concerts we played there were great." »Axe To Grind« was the band's second album after a long hiatus, so how did the re-union come about in the first place, and when and why did Mike Koch decide to record a new studio album after all "I had been busy doing a lot of different music and wanted to write a metal album," he explains. "So I began putting some ideas together, and when we played at Keep It True in 2012 we had already recorded the demo for 'Demon In The Mirror', which we played at the festival just to see how people reacted. Along with 'Demon In The Mirror', 'Pandora's Box' and 'Bird Of Prey' are my favourite songs on the record. After Keep It True we decided we had to carry on with Witch Cross." However, Koch does not think it's right to say that »Axe To Grind« carried on where »Fit For Fight« had left off: "No, that's not true really. It's more a link to the past, rather than were we would have gone musically in 1985-86, if we had done another album. There's a song called 'The Chosen One' on the new album »Angel Of Death«, which I believe is much more in the style of the 1985 Witch Cross."Side A 1. March of the Vikings 2. Demon in the Mirror 3. Buyer Beware: Not an Authorized Epson Reseller
I purchased an Epson SureColor F170 from 6Ave through Amazon and discovered during setup that I could not register the printer with Epson. After contacting Epson customer support, I was informed that 6Ave is not an authorized Epson reseller for this product. As a result, Epson would not allow me to register the printer, which raises concerns about warranty coverage and access to manufacturer support. Had this been disclosed before purchase, I would have purchased from an authorized dealer instead. Consumers should be clearly informed when a seller is not authorized by the manufacturer, especially for a product that represents a significant investment. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent quality results from this little printer!
I read reviews for a lot of sublimation printers, and this always came out top within my price range. The results are fabulous. I’ve used it to produce images on t-shirts, bags, beer koozies, aluminum, glass and mugs, and so far I haven’t been disappointed at all! I’m using a Mac with Cricut, and it takes a while to get used to the Epson Mac setup, so here’s my tip. You need to print mirrored, especially if you have text, so that when you heat press your work it ends up the correct way around. The Mac driver automatically mirrors everything by default, but you still need the mirror on if you use Cricut, so that the cutting device knows exactly where to cut. So leave the mirror on with Cricut Maker and choose “print with system dialogue” and under the printer info section of the pop up when you go to print, turn off the mirroring. Also, the printer dialogue window never seems to come to the front of the other windows, so don’t sit and wait for hours wondering why it’s not printing. Move your Cricut Maker window and find the print window. I’m super happy with the results I’m getting. I’m using original Epson ink so I don’t void any warranty, and I’m using regular sublimation paper. Enjoy your crafting!!

Works great as advertised

Working great so far! Enjoying starting doing sublimation work. A rookie a few weeks in and it's going well. Print quality is decent. Not having paper jam issues. Was easy to setup. I had to goto Epson and download a current print driver to get all the print properties and printer settings I needed. Was easy. After I installed the 2nd driver and saw it worked better, then I uninstalled the 1st epson driver. Helped allow for 8.5 x 14 page size and high quality. Just a few options needed that were not showing on the original print driver. Took me a few days to figure out what was going on. It helped with the quality of the prints after I got the better driver. So the end product is better also.
