All tools in the Mastercut line have been made from CPM M4 HSS steel hardened to 63 RC, and the flute ground from the solid piece. This ensures no decarburization of the metal during hardening,

This ensures no decarburization of the metal during hardening, allowing the metal to stay sharper for longer.
It also creates a great flute finish, a smooth finish allows wood cutting to slide easily through the flute when turning.

have to fuss with it for the razors on both sides to go
broke on me within first use i had to keep refixing each side because it would randomly stop working, fully charged, just to get it to work for three secinds just to have to fix it again.
