PROPERTIES
RECOMMENDED INTAKE
Adults: 2 times a day a teaspoon (2.5 ml) after meals.
Children: 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml) once a day after a meal.
Children: 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml) once a day after a meal.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
INGREDIENTS
Lungwort herb (Pulmonaria officinalis), marjoram herb (Origanum vulgare), thyme herb (Thymus vulgaris), elderberry (Sambucus nigra), coltsfoot leaf (Tussilago farfara), mint leaf (Mentha piperita), rosehip (Rosa canina) .
Preservative: potassium sorbate.
The product contains 60-65% glycerol.
The daily portion contains:
lungwort herb - 125 mg,
marjoram herb - 100 mg,
thyme herb - 75 mg,
elderberry - 75 mg,
coltsfoot leaf - 50 mg,
mint leaf - 50 mg,
rosehip - 25 mg

Runs much larger than I expected. I am 5’4”& 136 pounds. Usually wear a medium or large in some knit tops. So I need to stitch the side seams in hopes it will fit better. I like the weight and softness of the fabric, but really disappointed in the too large armholes. Unwearable for me until I

Runs large with gaping arm holes.

This runs extra large and the arm holes are gaping. You can see your undergarments through the arm holes. I am hoping that the shirt shrinks in the wash.
