LS100FHa — 100mm Front-Mount H-Alpha Solar Filter A 0.45Å tilt-tuned etalon for two purposes: double-stack upgrade for existing Lunt 100mm systems, or standalone H-alpha filter for customer-supplied refractors.

Now with new-generation etalons — every unit individually tested on Lunt's precision metrology equipment. Every specification is verified, not estimated.

The LS100FHa is a 100mm aperture front-mounted tilt-tuned H-alpha filter with a Root 3 non-centralized obstruction design and a verified bandpass of 0.45Å. It serves two distinct purposes — as a double-stack etalon for existing Lunt 100mm solar systems, or as a standalone H-alpha solar filter for a customer-supplied refractor.

As a double-stack filter: The LS100FHa places its 0.45Å tilt-tuned etalon in series with an existing Lunt 100mm etalon system, reducing combined system bandpass to <0.29Å. It is offered without a blocking filter for this purpose or for those who already own a compatible Lunt blocking filter.

As a standalone H-alpha filter for customer refractors: The LS100FHa retrofits a compatible customer-supplied refractor for daytime solar observation via the appropriate adapter. An adapter for refractors up to 102mm is included. For refractors over 102mm contact [email protected] for adapter pricing and availability. The filter is easily removable for night observing. A Lunt blocking filter must be used at all times — this is a safety requirement.

If you are looking for a complete standalone package including a blocking filter and adapter, see Lunt's complete front-mounted filter packages at luntsolarsystems.com/collections/front-mounted-etalon-systems

Important: Please include the telescope model you are connecting the LS100FHa to in the notes section of your order so the correct adapter can be included.

Good interactive toy that keeps even my poodle mix busy
Color: Blue
We have a poodle mix that easily gets bored with most toys, including the other interactive bouncy balls. This toy seems to keep him busy though and so far he has not destroyed it or grown bored of it. The only problem we have is keeping it charged because he seems to wear it out but it is not a problem to recharge it with the USB cable that is included. It is a little tricky screwing the toy back together after charging the battery but I am getting the hang of it. Once it is set to one of the play modes the ropes on top (that you need to put on) will start spinning back and forth and the toy gyrates around seeming like it is alive to our dog. The loves playing with it in all of the modes but I think he likes that faster modes better. It comes with an extra rope which was good because our raptor dog already ripped the first one apart. The price on this toy is relatively low compared to tother toys to I highly recommend this for anyone that has a dog who is bored with the typical play toys.

Great entertainment for kittens too!
Color: Blue
My kittens love this toy and play with it more than my dog. I bought it on sale. I am impressed with the quality, ease of use, and I rarely need to charge it.

Color: Red
My dog loves this toy, it was well worth the money. And I’m glad it charges with USB and not batteries.
