Mirror Policy: We do not include the price of a Glass Mirror in the MOP Inlay Mirror Frame. We are providing you with a “Free” glass mirror. The mirror being a fragile item, is not covered under the insurance policy, so if any damage is incurred during the transit, it is not accountable to us. Apart from that, any other damage is covered under the shipping policy. We ensure that the quality of our packaging minimises any breakage or damage to the product.

Care Instructions: To preserve your MOP inlay investment – be gentle. As an organic material, MOP is porous. To clean, use a lightly moistened lint-free cloth, and dab rather than rub. Wipe gently with a warm, damp cloth; if necessary, use mild soap and dry immediately after cleaning. Harsh cleaning products should never be used. We also recommend putting a small amount of furniture wax / Vaseline onto your inlay piece from time to time to ensure that the coloured “filler” does not dry out.
