Master distiller Alex Clark cracks and macerates juniper before vapor distillation alongside ten botanicals in a Vendome hybrid copper pot still; watermelon, cucumber, and citrus zests are each distilled separately, then blended and rested two weeks before bottling unfilitered at 40% ABV. The nose leads with cucumber and spicy juniper; the palate delivers ripe watermelon, grapefruit, green cardamom, and white pepper with a lime zest finish.
