Presented here is Martial Solal's complete original soundtrack to Jean-Luc Godard's legendary 1960 film A bout de souffle (premiered in the United States as Breathless).

The movie is about a wandering criminal (Jean-Paul Belmondo) and his American girlfriend (Jean Seberg). It was Godard's first featurelength work and represented Belmondo's breakthrough as an actor. The film was one of the earliest, most influential examples of French New Wave (nouvelle vague) cinema.

That soundtrack is coupled here with music composed by Michel Legrand for two other Godard films, Une femme est une femme (1961) and Vivre sa vie (1962). Overall this is nice little desk, cute, sturdy, and relatively easy to put together by myself. I took one star off because the bottoms of the desk drawers was missing. I contacted the seller and initially got a pretty quick response that the manufacturer would send replacement pieces and provide the shipping tracking information from the warehouse as soon as they had it. Then a few weeks went by without any word and I couldn't seem to contact anyone again (every link came up broken) so I thought I was essentially ghosted. But then they did contact me with the tracking information and eventually sent the replacement drawer flats. So it took almost two months to resolve but I did get the missing pieces and overall I'm pretty happy with this desk as it was exactly what I wanted for my small home office.

I was excited about this purchase until I tried to assemble it. I bought this desk because i liked the design and the size. It also had great reviews as a sturdy desk. One of the joints fell apart. Parts of the desk have lock in screws wile other joints have these smaller locks that don't really work. I didn't return it because it's to heavy for me to re-box. I'm 66. I'm really disappointed. I wish furniture came already assembled. Hard to find these days. I guess I'll go back to purchasing real wood items from Facebook Market Place and thrift stores.
