How do we use this product?
Our Liquid Elderberry can be taken as a tincture by mouth or added to your favorite fruit smoothie.
Shake well before each use. Add to water or take directly.
Follow the dosage chart below:
- 6 months - 5 years: 7 drops
- 6 - 13 years: 15 drops or ⅓ dropper (75 mg)
- 14 years and up 30 drops or ⅔ dropper (150 mg)
For Intensive Use: 4 times daily
