- Bespoke price for custom measurements via boutique includes 1 time appointment for taken measurements & 1 time fitting with alterations. While, online preorder duration for standard size to be ship is AFTER 30 WORKING DAYS excludes Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday DEPENDING BESPOKE QUE PREORDERS. Items will be ship by DHL Ecommerce. Customers is advise to double check size before confirm to proceed preorder as no alteration during peak seasons.
- Full payments requires to proceed bespoke collection. Once made payment, kindly WhatsApp us at 0174108280 and inform you order number to set your appointments.
- Color chosen & customisation will be set during 1st appointment is unchangeable. Any major changes on design & detailing will be add new charges.
- For custom measurements via boutique, customers need to attend appoinment/fitting as set per discussion. If there is any delay on customers side, all agreements are cancelled after 60 days first/final fitting been scheduled.
