It's manufactured from wheat flour that's had the gluten activated through a dehydration process, leaving just the gluten. Wheat gluten has very little starch and is an excellent technique to make dough stretchy.
  • ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: When used in yeast bread recipes, a tiny quantity increases the texture and flexibility of the dough.     So, I bought two pairs on sale....one in navy and the other in taupe. Both pairs have a streak mark on the same side, same exact area. I'm on the fence about returning them but I did get them on sale and if the mark doesn't come out in the wash, I can't really wear the in public unless I wear something long to cover the upper thigh area. They fit great and are very comfortable but then there is that unsightly mark. For reference, I am just under 5'0, 105 lbs and bought size small. I will have a think about it the next few days about returning them...or not.
