2024-25 Off-Season Training Program for HS Senior Athletes - 8 Week ProgramThis program is designed for High School Seniors who need to keep their skills sharp for their upcoming High School Baseball and future Freshman Collegiate season. Players need to continue developing their skills and gain strength to be at their best this program will position them to do so. Participating Players will have professional instruction for both Hitting and Fielding along with Kinetic Strength and Conditioning programming in Friday training

This program is designed for High School Seniors who need to keep their skills sharp for their upcoming High School Baseball and future Freshman Collegiate season. Players need to continue developing their skills and gain strength to be at their best - this program will position them to do so.

Participating Players will have professional instruction for both Hitting and Fielding along with Kinetic Strength and Conditioning programming in Friday training sessions. Additional Strength Training with Kinetic Strength and Conditioning is available for separate purchase. Sunday "Team" style practices will be run by professional coaches and players will be organized in groups to ensure quality reps and quantity of reps position them for success for the upcoming High School season.

This 8 week program restarts Friday, January 10th and completes on Sunday, March 2nd; right before High School Baseball tryouts begin. Please see a full list of dates below as there will be breaks for certain holidays over the winter. Training and Team Practices will take place indoors at MVP Sports Complex - 304 W. Mondamin St, Minooka, IL 60447 and dates are subject to change.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
