Old Man Emu engineers have developed a complete replacement Top Hat solution which incorporates all required components to fully replace the original Strut Top hat. This includes a new bearing plate, high duro rubber isolator, rubber bushes, washers, crush tube (if applicable) and mounting nuts. Horrible Quality

Yikes... I wish I had scrolled down to the reviews before buying! While adorable, this has to be one of the most poorly-constructed toys I've ever purchased. My puppy, who is not an aggressive chewer by any stretch of the imagination, had this thing full of holes within 10 minutes and completely destroyed in 20. Very disappointing. I'm glad I got pics right away. Save your $$$!!!
