Both the SS3 or SS5 pods included in our Stage Series A-Pillar Light Kits feature a brilliant Amber backlight. This integrated backlight gives you an additional accent light along with the main beam. The backlight fully illuminates the TIR optic providing a more unique and modern look than the small indicator LEDs found in other products. To power the backlight use the included harness to tap your desired vehicle function.Built to last. The brackets in this kit are constructed out of anodized 6061 aluminum. Unlike other options made out of mild steel This compact mounting solution installs in just minutes with a 5mm Allen wrench and can be mounted in multiple positions allowing to you shine light where you need it most.Focused. Optics like reflectors or simple lenses lose light internally and to glare. However the custom-engineered TIR optic in the SS3 and SSC2 collects all of the light from the LED and directs it only where you need it drastically reducing glare and improving total efficiency.Installation Instructions

Does not come with a pump.

The Good: Changing the fluid in the lower unit is a very easy DIY job. This can save you hundreds of dollars each year by doing it yourself.
The Bad: You need a special pump to change the oil, and sometimes it comes with the gear lube. Unfortunately this product did not come with it. Luckily my neighbor had an extra one from changing the lube a different boat laying around and was able to use that.
The Ugly: If you have to go get the pump, that could cost a few extra dollar but is just an extra nuisance. The pumps are interchangable but you just need to clean it between uses (DON'T MIX DIFFERENT OIL BRANDS)
