Originally, these Ester & Erik cone candles were produced as a decorative Christmas candle for festive wreaths and decorations. However, the cone candle soon went on to become a popular interior product, which is now sold all year round.

The cone candle is self-standing, making it a very versatile product. With its classic shape, it is elegant on its own, but it also sits beautifully on a candle plate or many other surfaces, for example, a piece of glass, a raw cement table or a piece of marble – anything is possible, because no candle holder is required.

Our online range includes cone candles in two different heights, making it possible to vary the height of the candlelight to suit individual tastes.

The candle is made of 100% pure fragrance-free paraffin wax from Europe’s leading producer. The candle is produced at Ester & Erik's factory in Denmark, and the wick is made of 100% cotton.

The candle is self-extinguishing, so the flame dies out 2-3 centimeters from the bottom (however, we recommend never leaving lit candles unattended).

To ensure that the candle burns in the best possible way, we recommend keeping the wick short, placing candles min. 10 cm apart, and avoiding placing candles in direct sunlight, draughts or above a radiator.

Bought this for our 45lb, ball-obsessed Dutch shepherd/pit bull dog mix. I had one of these years ago with the hard shell and couldn’t be happier with the new foam shell. The new foam shell is much quieter and while our dog might put holes in it with his teeth, he doesn’t seem to ever pull pieces off. For engagement level, he found it VERY interesting at first and was scared to grab it, but once he got over that he started holding it in his mouth even when it shakes and just tries to keep it. Isn’t the best for fetch or anything as he has trouble letting it go when it is actively moving, but it makes him happy while he has it. We just make sure to monitor him while it is out. The ability to change the outer shell and just buy a replacement for the shell instead of a whole new toy is a lovely feature that makes me very happy to continue buying from this company.

The design id brilliant with a tough rubber ball that unscrew to expose the element that makes it move in the middle. The dog won't be able to unscrew it but you can if you ever need to replace the ball for any reason but it would take some work for a dog to destroy the outer ball. Almost like "Kong" type material. The ball is about the size of a softball and the element inside is about the size of a golf ball. I thought my dog would love this but she was afraid of it, which is strange because she's afraid of nothing. Anyways I gave it to my neighbor upstairs and she has a yorkshire terrier who plays with it all the time so it all worked out great. Quality product . Good job!
