Dosage & Usage
Pour 2 dl of cold water into a shaker. (Shaker purchased separately, not included.) Pour the contents of the bag into the shaker and shake for 10–15 seconds. (NOTE! You must not use hot water.) Nutrilett Shakes (VLCD diet) is based on replacing all meals with Nutrilett products for weight loss (5 portions/day). Remember to drink plenty of water during the diet. Nutriletts VLCD is intended for dietary treatment of overweight and obesity in people without health problems. Should not be used by children, adolescents, the elderly, pregnant or breastfeeding, or people with type 1 diabetes or other metabolic disorders. Also should not be used by people with cardiovascular disease or other ailments where a low energy intake is unhealthy unless otherwise recommended by a doctor. Healthy adults who are overweight or obese should not use the product for more than 8 weeks - or repeatedly for shorter periods than that - without the advice of a healthcare professional.
