CONDITION NOTES:

Corners and edges have moderate wear (small rips, tears, creases, etc. - see last picture for the only rip we see). Once in a glass-front frame, will display near mint or better. Has NO pinholes (never hung). See pics.

DIMENSIONS & WEIGHT:

Measures 17" wide x 22-1/2" tall. 

Was immediately put within a cardboard-backed protective clear plastic and stored flat in large 'flat-file' filing cabinet. SHALL BE SHIPPED LOOSELY ROLLED.
