Canelés is a traditional sweet cake, that originated from the Bordeaux region of France - it is known for its caramelized crust on the outside and fluffy custard heart on the inside.

These fluffy little treasures are now available by artisan bakers all over France.

Now with Normandy Kitchen Copper NKC NEW canelé molds, MADE IN FRANCE you can made these artisan French cakes too.

These are made from solid copper, just over 1mm with a tin lining, they are heavy and fit for purpose. They are a heavy professional grade 65-67 grams around 2+ ounces each.

These are the larger molds/moulds. Twenty four in the set.

They measure:
Diameter 5.5cm or 2 1/8 inches
Height 5cm of 2 inches
They weigh as a set of 24 1.5 kilos or 2 lb 10 ounces.

We will send your solid copper canelés tracked and insured, in their own drawstring cotton sack, double boxed with sturdy packing.

Please note these canelés are hand made in Bordeaux France, hand tinned and hand finished, there may be minor manufacturing marks and some slight darkening of the tin linings.
