De blend bestaat uit grenache noir, grenache gris en macabeu. Alles biologisch, met de hand geoogst, spontane vergisting en geen toegevoegd sulfiet. In het glas knalt het van het rode fruit denk aan kers en framboos met een kruidige ondertoon en een klein aards randje. soepele structuur, frisse spanning, geen harde randjes.

An absolute must read - even if the writing style is a bit flat - the content is NOT.
