Thanks to their lightness, outstanding technical characteristics and the quality of the materials used, PRIME and SPYD – TPX Series are an excellent alternative to full carbon models.
The frame is made of T700 unidirectional carbon fibre, while the main base is made of woven carbon fibre, laminated in a thermoplastic matrix. The structure ensures exceptionally high strength, together with very low weight. This is a non-deformable structure, whose stiffness is compensated by the ergonomic shaping and by the quality of the padding.
The cover shell, which will fit onto that of the base, is the result of a mixture between a noble polymer and carbon fibres. Differentiated thickness padding in hypo-allergenic polyurethane ensures the right level of comfort for the seat. The density of the material has been optimised to avoid feelings of numbness and pain.RLS (Repente Locking System): Prime and Spyd consist of a universal base part with rail (frame) and a cover – turning the whole assembly into a single element, sturdy and extremely durable.
Comfort is provided by the central channel and by the ergonomic shape. Resistant to torsional deformation, Spyd will let you find your most natural position on the seat. It weighs just 170 grams.
