Kristyne learned how to sew at an early age from her mother and aunt. Although she's always been a maker, learning how to quilt at 19 solidified her love of creating pretty things with fabric. She is the author of an embroidery book S is for Stitch and a quilting/sewing book Perfectly Pretty Patchwork. She designs fabric, and sells her patterns in her online shop: prettybyhand. She used to blog, but you can find her most often now on Instagram @prettybyhand. She recently earned a graphic design certificate after 4 years of night classes.
