Our original six flavors:
Banane Flambée ~ soft caramel ~ smooth caramel with bananas and Courvoisier Cognac, reminiscent of Bananas Foster
Peanut Pizzazz ~ crunchy praliné ~ salted peanut paste with milk chocolate and caramel brittle
Bazar ~ marzipan ~ our delicious house made almond marzipan freshly made from premium almonds
Kashmir Spice ~ silky truffle ~ milk chocolate ganache with cardamom, cinnamon and cloves
Never Too Lait ~ silky truffle ~ straight, dark milk chocolate ganache
Baby ~ silky truffle ~ dark milk chocolate ganache laced with local Hudson Baby Bourbon
Our new additions:
Madame 'X'tasy ~ salted espresso and dark chocolate caramel
Cherry Vanilla ~ candied Amarena cherry in a vanilla infused tart cherry syrup
Salted Caramel - our luscious semi-liquid sea salted caramel
Milk and dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans, milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla), cream, cane sugar, butter, glucose, peanuts, almonds, banana purée, Amarena cherries, cherry puree, espresso, lemon juice, Hudson Whiskey NY Bourbon, Tito's Vodka, Courvoisier Cognac, balsamic vinegar, salt, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, almond extract. Decoration: cocoa butter with color added.
Allergens: Soy, milk, almonds, peanuts. Some pieces contain minimal alcohol.
They are made in a facility where milk, soy, tree nuts (almonds, cashews, coconut, hazelnuts, macadamia, pistachios, walnuts), peanuts, and sesame are present.
Store in a dry, dark, cool place away from direct light.
Best if enjoyed 3 months from date of purchase.
